Product
Wings-Bridge
Bridge Version
V3.0.0.1
Firmware Version
N/A
Simulator
MSFS 2020 / MSFS 2024 / X-Plane 12
Aircraft/Add-on
N/A
Issue
Wings Bridge currently does not appear to provide an option to disable or disconnect a specific Wingflex device while keeping other connected devices active.
Some users may want to use one Wingflex device through third-party software such as MobiFlight or SPAD.neXt, while continuing to use other Wingflex devices through Wings Bridge.
For example, a user may want to control one device through MobiFlight or SPAD.neXt, but still keep their other Wingflex hardware connected and managed by Wings Bridge.
Requested Behavior
Add an option in Wings Bridge to disable, ignore, or disconnect individual devices.
Users should be able to choose which connected Wingflex devices are managed by Wings Bridge and which devices are left available for other software.
Expected Result
Wings Bridge should allow users to disable a specific device without disconnecting the physical USB cable or closing the entire Bridge application.
Other connected Wingflex devices should continue working normally in Wings Bridge.
Current Result
Users cannot selectively disable a specific device inside Wings Bridge.
If a device is detected by Wings Bridge, it may prevent the user from using that device with MobiFlight, SPAD.neXt, or other third-party tools while still using Wings Bridge for other hardware.
Workaround
No workaround currently.
Notes
This would improve flexibility for mixed setups where users run some Wingflex devices through Wings Bridge and other devices through third-party software such as MobiFlight or SPAD.neXt.
