(WPEC) Products on Sale Widgets image GUI doesn't translate to display

The ability to set the height and width of the product image here https://cloudup.com/ctegWNxUWt5 in the widget GUI does not actually translate to that height and width when viewing the widget. Instead the width is 100% the parent element and the height is proportional to the original image.
