Custom checkout fields notices and validation

Added a random input field on the checkout and after filling everything in and getting to the payment page the error log shows

It also looks like if you make the field mandatory and leave it empty there is no validation.

Also Terms of service is not being "validated". Its set as required but you can proceed without selecting
