Mintlify search tuning for Stellar terminology

Context

Built-in Mintlify search uses defaults. Stellar developers search for terms like soroban, freighter, stellar.expert, friendbot, path payment and may not get the most relevant page. Synonyms and weights help.

Scope

Configure search in docs.json:

• Synonym groups: stealth ↔ unlinkable, meta-address ↔ metaaddress ↔ meta address, Soroban ↔ Stellar smart contract, friendbot ↔ testnet faucet, XLM ↔ lumen, Freighter ↔ Stellar wallet
• Page weighting (getting-started > guides > reference)
• Frontmatter keywords on every Stellar page
• Enable search analytics in Mintlify
• docs/SEARCH_TESTS.md with 15 queries we expect specific results for

Acceptance criteria

• docs.json updated
• Search analytics enabled
• SEARCH_TESTS.md committed
• Each test query manually verified to produce expected result
