Context

After sdk-react ships (#5 this wave), Vue 3 integrators want equivalent composables. Mirror the React API surface in Vue 3 Composition API style.

Scope

• New packages/sdk-vue/ workspace package
• Composables matching the React hook surface (useStellarStealthKeys, etc)
• Vue 3.5+ with Composition API
• One example app under examples/vue-stellar-app/
• Published to npm

Acceptance criteria

• Package scaffolded + 5 composables + tests
• Example app runnable
• Published
• Documentation matches sdk-react

• New: packages/sdk-vue/
• packages/sdk-react/ (parity reference)
