`im.convert()` fails with .mp4

Just wanted to note that that I experienced the exact same issue noted here ropensci/magick#160 (comment) when also trying animation::im.convert() on my video. (The solution referenced here by @dmi3kno using ffmpeg worked for my purposes.)
