Add default card id prop for SelectPayment

Would be nice to have a default card option to display a checkmark, "default" or something else to indicate the default payment method.

I think he means that you should have the ability to select default card (setting cardId to props), now they all are unselected by default

Ah I see! So in our Apps we've just done this outside the scope of the component. So the 'Confirm your booking screen' will say it's $30 and you're paying with a 'VISA ending in 1234'. If you want to change it you go to this screen. Happy to accept a PR with this functionality though - if it could disabled and work how it works today. Thanks for the clarification Oleg :)
