Danfoss Ally eTRV0103 lost many entities after being reconfigured

I have around 10 Danfoss Ally eTRV0103, which where perfectly working from end of last year (with automation to sync an external thermometer with external_temperature_sensor), until 2 days ago when I "reconfigured" one of them. After that many of the entities disappeared ("This entity is no longer being provided by the zha integration. If the entity is no longer in use, delete it in settings."). The ones I did not reconfigure continue working fine and the entities are still there.

Example entities that disappeared: external_temperature_sensor, adaptation_run_command, exercise_start_time, regulation_setpoint_offset

Firmware in the configuration panel says "Unknown" (however it show correctly as 0x00000020 in the device info panel)

Can you attach the diagnostics JSON from one of the working ones and another diagnostics JSON from a thermostat you just reconfigured?
