Summary

Follow-up to #2529. The 5 prod-us5-turn-cloud-nat-ip-* addresses are cloud-NAT egress IPs used by the reporter / webhook sender, not TURN frontends. Moving them out of the TURN server list (firewall doc) and into the webhook IP whitelist (secure-webhooks doc).

Moved from TURN server list → webhook whitelist (5 IPs):

  • 34.162.177.21
  • 34.162.64.171
  • 34.153.30.136
  • 34.162.229.129
  • 34.162.204.39

Kept in TURN server list (the 3 actual prod-us5-turn-ip-* frontends, added in #2529):

  • 34.127.169.122
  • 34.162.40.97
  • 34.162.96.160

Test plan

  • Confirm the 5 cloud-NAT IPs appear in the "IP whitelist" code block on secure-webhooks.mdx and are no longer in the "Turn server IP address" block on firewall-and-ports.mdx.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

The us-east5 cloud-NAT egress IPs are reporter (outbound) IPs, not
TURN frontends. Move them to the webhook IP whitelist and keep only
the three us-east5 TURN frontend IPs under the firewall TURN section.
