• replace the legacy single-file Express server with modular routers, OpenAI fallbacks, and document summarisation endpoints
• rebuild the Vite + React workspace with an Atlas provider, cinematic navigation shell, and dedicated pages for prediction, risk, chat, data management, and deep comparison
• refresh Windows automation scripts and documentation to align with the new Insight Atlas architecture and offline sample responses
