The SD controller is not present on Phoenix. However, if not disabled, its PCI device is visible and EDK2 SD PCI driver fails to bind with an exception. Add SD driver so that openSIL may disable SD controller. Signed-off-by: Michał Żygowski <michal.zygowski@3mdeb.com>
