AI Talent Factory (AITF) is an initiative by the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs under the Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS), aligned with the National AI Roadmap, aimed at developing capable and sustainable AI practitioners. In 2025, Universitas Brawijaya Malang became the first university to collaborate in implementing the program, marking a strategic partnership between government and academia. AITF focuses on advanced AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), model fine-tuning, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents, delivered through hands-on learning and expert mentorship to prepare participants to solve real-world challenges and contribute to Indonesia’s AI ecosystem toward the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045.
