#363 Fix LC0092 config schema update

This PR adds a schema-parity guard for LC0092 NamingPattern to prevent drift between runtime targets and alcops.json IntelliSense.

Changes:

• Added a new test that validates NamingTarget enum values against NamingPatterns.propertyNames.enum in the schema.
• Hardened schema-sync instructions to explicitly require this parity check.
• Updated LC0092 instruction coverage to include the new schema parity test.
