Add required keyboard accessibility coverage for the timeline.
The test file must include accessibility testing. The current tests verify the table and grouping result, but they do not verify keyboard focus or keyboard operation for the chart or the Group by select. Add a test that focuses the chart, exercises its accessibilityLayer keyboard behavior, and reaches and operates the grouping control by keyboard.

Addressed Issues
Fixes #345
The README advertises a repository creation timeline, but the Overview dashboard did not display one. This adds a chart showing repository creation over time using the repositories already loaded for the selected organization scope.
The chart uses existing
created_atdata and Recharts without additional API requests or dependencies. It includes zero-count periods, handles missing dates, and provides keyboard navigation and an expandable data table.Screenshots/Recordings
Yearly timeline showing 280 loaded repositories, with the grouping selector and coverage note visible.
