fix: gate PAT Delete button on saved token instead of input field - #411
The Delete button was gated on !draft.trim() (input field content) instead of !pat (saved token). Fixed in both SettingsPage.jsx and PATModal.jsx by changing the condition to disabled={!pat || isValidating}. Also added opacity styling to PATModal for clear visual feedback.

Summary by CodeRabbit
Bug Fixes
The Delete button is now disabled when there is no saved personal access token or token validation is in progress. This prevents attempts to delete a token that isn’t saved and avoids deletion while validation is underway.
The button’s appearance now reflects whether deletion is available, appearing dimmed when disabled and at full opacity otherwise.

Walkthrough
The Settings page and PAT modal now base the Delete button’s disabled state on whether a PAT is saved. The modal also applies disabled-state opacity.

Summary
Delete button state src/pages/SettingsPage.jsx, src/components/PATModal.jsx
Both Delete buttons check whether a PAT is saved instead of whether the input draft is empty. The modal also checks isValidating and sets opacity to 0.5 or 1 based on its conditions. isValidating is not declared in the provided modal component.
Users with a saved token cannot use the PAT modal to delete it. Fix the modal before merging.

Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue #401 requires Delete to depend on the saved pat in SettingsPage.jsx and PATModal.jsx, and to disable during validation. SettingsPage.jsx satisfies this with disabled={!pat || isValidating}. PATModal.jsx uses the same condition, but isValidating is not declared or received in that component. The modal therefore raises a ReferenceError when it renders, so the required modal behavior is not implemented. No automated regression test is shown in the reviewed changes.
Resolution
Define and manage isValidating in PATModal.jsx, or pass a valid validation state into the component. Ensure the Delete button uses that state and add a regression test for deletion after clearing the draft while a saved pat exists.
