AngouriMath's notebook extension prints a C# compile error when loaded from an F# kernel #2109

Sources/AngouriMath/extension.dib is packed into AngouriMath's NuGet package as interactive-extensions/dotnet. It is a #!csharp script beginning using AngouriMath;. From an F# kernel, #r "nuget:AngouriMath.Interactive, *-*" loads it into the C# kernel, which has no reference to AngouriMath, and it prints:

(1,7): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'AngouriMath' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

The notebook still works, because AngouriMath.Interactive's F# extension registers the same formatters, and they apply in every kernel. But the first output a new user sees is a compile error. From a C# kernel that references AngouriMath, the script loads and prints Extensions for LaTeX loaded!.

Measured in the Binder image of #2107 (dotnet-interactive 1.0.712001, AngouriMath 2.6.0).
