- Update package and documentation to include new "transaction" and "ledger" events.
- Remove beta flag.
- Add documentation and sample JSON to allow a single dataflow/dataset to ingest all of the event types LAVA emits.
This is needed for streaming all events to a single dataset, which is our recommended deployment pattern.
