Adds an opt-in project knowledge vault to Memory: linked Markdown articles, folder navigation, search, source quotations, and a configurable knowledge model. Saved chat turns can feed incremental capture, and agents can retrieve sourced knowledge.
Pages support persistent human edits and confirmed deletion. Human prose is labeled separately from original source history; deleted canonical pages stay out of browsing and recall across recompilation. Saved memory remains available for concise standing context.
Validation: 74 offline Python checks, knowledge runtime and TUI integration tests, quick repository checks, and live terminal edit/save/cancel/delete verification against a copied vault. Edit/delete publication makes no model requests. The compiler remains experimental; page deletion preserves original chats and related pages, and is not semantic erasure of every source reference.
Fresh-profile acceptance: three real chats automatically published six sources into four linked pages without a manual compiler trigger. A new chat retrieved and cited both earlier conversations. Pre-creation messages and another project were excluded; restarting preserved page/source IDs without new model calls. All recorded chat, auxiliary and compiler roles used
deepseek/deepseek-v4.1-flash. Recorded verification cost: $0.008763 knowledge plus $0.026203 chat/auxiliary ($0.034966 total). The internal manual documents setup, scheduling, retries and limits.
