The public Python pair is now 0.4.0a3. Update the existing local example and CI to its exact official-index server installation and matching immutable SDK configuration-source tag. Refresh current engineering navigation while retaining earlier receipts. Node package version and runtime exports are unchanged; no npm publication.
Validation with fresh public Python a3 and no PYTHONPATH injection: npm ci, typecheck, all 24 tests, actual four-step local HTTP/process/file loop, complete public Python/Node configuration-schema parity, npm pack dry-run and scoped record/diff checks passed. The owned server exited after SIGTERM. Official npm SDK metadata still returns 404, so source-install guidance remains accurate. Required Node 20/22 CI and independent review remain normal delivery gates.
