Build, ingest, and garden are now packaged as a first-class Yoke agent collection. Stable instructions live in Yoke agent folders; lifecycle workflows send only typed runtime context. Removes the old prompt-rendering service, requires Yoke 0.1.5, preserves the previous instruction words exactly, and refreshes the canonical provider/agent architecture documentation.
