TikTok — Principal PM. Built the post-purchase support agent (CSAT 30 to 85%, resolution rate 45 to 90%, across 12 markets). Built SMB Ads Copilot ($150M incremental revenue, query volume 2K to 22K/week).
Atlassian — Group PM. Built the customer support platform 0 to 1, led an 8-person PM team. That platform became a Jira revenue line.
Amazon/AWS — Built Command Center operational tooling used by 20,000+ support engineers.
