- chore: remove sysrap/*.py

- chore: remove qudarap/*.py

- chore(tests): remove obsolete analysis and helper scripts
- delete legacy Python and shell utilities across CSG, CSGOptiX, g4cx, sysrap, u4, and qudarap - remove launcher wrappers that only referenced deleted scripts - update QSimTest.sh to stop defaulting to fake_propagate.py
