Add AirSim simulator

Summary

• port the AirSim integration from Airsim Integration Updates #321 onto current main
• include SimpleFlight settings and world-information generation
• add six AirSim examples with fixes found during testing
• document installation and the Blocks workflow

Testing

Tested on Ubuntu 22.04 with AirSim 1.8.1 and the Blocks environment.

• generated a fresh world-information directory
• ran patrol.scenic followDrone.scenic, multiDrone.scenic, worldGen.scenic, functionalTerrain.scenic, and flyFromBlockToBlock.scenic
• each example generates a scene and started simulation, but they may not work "as intended"
