Replace the noop block with a formfill on the Prometheus Metric combobox (data-testid 'data-testid metric select' from grafana-e2e-selectors), remove the manual exists-reftarget requirement (auto-applied per rule 5), and add on-page:/alerting/new/alerting to all three blocks. Addresses audit fix priority #2 (build-query) in content/docs/learning-hub/basic-alerting/outline/reference/create-alert-rule-lj-audit.md. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
