Johan: maybe this might help quantify biodiversity among kombuchas and could be linked to fiber qualities for each

Georg: Kombucha Genomics is a community project, with the goal of isolating, identifying and describing Kombucha cultures. It's great that Laura is part of this larger projects, I do hope to hear more about her personal project about leather and changing skins - which was only briefly teased at the end.

Roland: we ordered ITS1-F (Forward) and ITS4 (Reverse) primers for the Yeast, and the 8F (Forward) and the 1492R (Reverse) primers, both of 16S, for the bacteria. Following the info from the Kombucha Genomics group.
