Added

  • None.

Pruned

  • Pruned stale wording that said every release advances versions in five files and that CLAUDE.md carries inline Key Files per-file version annotations.

Fixed

  • Updated root CLAUDE.md version-location guidance to match the current two-layer docs model introduced by the upstream 0.42.51 sync: explicit version bumps live in VERSION/package.json/CHANGELOG.md; TODOS.md and CLAUDE.md are audited and updated only when their owned content changes.
  • Regenerated llms-full.txt with bun run build:llms.

Uncertain

  • None.

Ally — Consolidated PR Review

Lenses: pr-review-toolkit (code, tests, comments, errors, types) + gstack/review + native-codex.

Docs-only diff (CLAUDE.md + generated llms-full.txt mirror), 2 files / 14 lines. Verified independently:

  • The old "Key Files section's per-file annotations" line was a dangling reference — no ## Key Files (or equivalent) section exists in CLAUDE.md on either master or this branch. Removing/replacing it is a correct staleness fix, not a content drop.
  • Replacement text ("reference-map entries") matches the actual ## Reference map (load on demand) heading present in the file.
  • The "five files" claim is now internally consistent: body text says 3 files get explicit version bumps (VERSION/package.json/CHANGELOG.md) and 2 are audit-only (TODOS.md/CLAUDE.md); the table header was correctly changed from "must update all five" to "must audit all five".
  • llms-full.txt mirrors the CLAUDE.md hunk exactly (same wording, offset-only line numbers), consistent with the claimed bun run build:llms regen.

Looks Good

No Critical or Important findings.

Suggestions (0)

None.

Strengths

  • Correctly caught and removed a stale doc reference instead of just rephrasing around it (avoids the mistake flagged in a prior weekly refresh where still-current facts were silently dropped — this PR verifies the opposite: the removed text was actually dead).
  • Change is scoped tightly to the section it claims to fix; no unrelated edits.

Self-review comment mode: this PR was authored by the same bot identity; formal review/approval must come from a human or a distinct reviewer identity.
