…trypoint - bring packages/logger (Logger/createLogger, request-context, tests) from #48 - add @tripwire/logger to apps/web; swap webhook console.* → structured logger - skip remaining #48 tail intentionally: api-keys user-scoping (regresses our org model), user_preferences removal (load-bearing in workspace-context)
