Add Videos of Talks section with YouTube embed

Add a "Videos of Talks" section to meetings/26-02-04-ImageQuality.md that links to the BMVA YouTube playlist and embeds the playlist via an iframe. Includes HTML container/row/col markup and a responsive video container so recorded talks are available directly from the meeting page.
