We confirm Ready within 60 minutes during business hours. If anything is missing, a member of our team contacts you directly and finishes it with you. If Ready still cannot be reached, you can cancel for a full refund.
Business hours are 08:00 to 20:00 Indianapolis Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 16:00 Saturday and Sunday. If we miss the deliverable or deadline, we initiate a full $490 refund within five business days. You keep the work. You may also request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

We agree ten buyer questions, then plan three runs on each of five engines: 150 planned answers. The report separates valid answers from exclusions and includes the sources, receipts and three prioritized fixes. Findings arrive within 48 hours of recorded scope confirmation. You may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Every finding is checked against its receipts before delivery; Priya Nair, our delivery lead, reviews each Audit within 24 hours of delivery.
The five engines are ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. We report work shipped, observed engine answers, referred visits and verified opportunities separately. An engine answer can change on a refresh.
