Summary

• Add configure-docs-content-dogfood-workspace to create or upgrade an internal Builder docs/blog operations workspace.
• Seed practical fields for persona, topic, use case, SEO angle, owner, source status, safe-to-edit, needs-review, unsupported blocks, and unsupported block notes.
• Add saved table/board views for docs/blog ops, needs review, safe local drafts, unsupported blocks, and safe-to-edit review.
• Backfill row status fields from existing Builder source snapshots/change sets/body hydration signals where the caller can edit the row.

• Draft PR only for internal dogfooding discussion.
• This does not claim the separate scale, bulk-update, or source-component mapping lanes have landed.
• No HubSpot import, GTM workflow automation, Notion/Analytics sync, or public-launch polish.
