Adds six items to the v3.1.7 section of ROADMAP.md, each with its phase and the reason it is not in 3.1.6:

• export that knows the song (whole-file analysis as modulation sources; live file playback gets the same sources so live and export still match);
• motion blur and anti-aliasing in export (per-renderer rule because of MilkDrop feedback and width dependence);
• 10-bit and HDR (10-bit H.265 is Export: a 10-bit H.265 format for dark gradients #858; HDR needs a floating-point render path and is not planned for v3.1.7);
• project files, autosave and recovery (with the Phase 0 schema);
• scene sharing and a gallery (downloads only when the user starts them, from this project's releases);
• more interface languages (after the interface review).
