Adds bounded validator-driven continuation after effective Rust/Cargo writes. When inferred Rust validation fails, LocalAgent can feed compact validation evidence back to the model and allow one repair turn. Preserves trust gates, approvals, replay behavior, MCP behavior, and continuation bounds.
