Previously, when the canvas was super zoomed in, selection borders and tolerances would appear bigger too due to not dividing by the zoom. This is now fixed such that the borders internally scale with zoom, making them appear to not change size when the user zooms in and out. Specifically, the cursor and path cursor tools should feel better to use at any zoom level.
