Summary

Remove the silly “Repeated file-level errors cannot inflate the result.” line from /data/.
Clarify that each app/device/day counts once, and eventual install success wins for that day.
Backend fix that aligns the % with global stats is in fix: stop double-counting install success on /data metrics capgo.app#2705 (needs deploy).
