This repository contains several python scripts to analysis data obtained from DFT calculations. Li_environment.py: This is a program to find local enviornment i.e. first nearest neighbours of Li ions in a cathode material. moments_violin.py: To plot calculated ICOHP between Mn-O bonds. dos_pmg.py: To plot dos using pymatgen
