Port the row-reordering change to

merge-tree-settingsrows from the top of the Experimental settings table to the bottom (afterai_function_throw_on_quota_exceeded), matching the upstream order.Context
Upstream PR is primarily a Locadex translation update. The only non-i18n English source change was a reorder of rows in
docs/about-us/beta-and-experimental-features.md; the corresponding Mintlify file lives atcore/reference/settings/beta-and-experimental-features.mdx. All i18n translation files were ignored per instructions. Existing Mintlify-specific link paths (/core/reference/settings/...,session-settings) were preserved.
