Expanded two short frontmatter descriptions on the quality CLI pages so they meet the 130–160 character SEO target.
Changes
mintlify/cli/quality.mdx: description 116 → 136 chars, made specific to Forge's quality CLI.mintlify/hi/cli/quality.mdx: description 107 → 131 chars, parallel wording in Hindi.Other files in scope (concepts pages and other locales) already had unique, in-range metadata.
