I would also like this. I prefer using microwin for a nice windows experience but i still use my microsoft account for various reasons.

I don't think is necessary on this tool, the whole point of It is to avoid all Cloud trash Microslop spyware services.
If you need to add a MS Account you can simply use the original Microsoft ISO or the Rufus one if you don't have TPM 2.0 or Secure Boot enabled/available.
