Prepare the signed 2.0.6 release from Release Please draft #33. Version, manifest, package metadata, root lock metadata, generated CLI docs, curated changelog, and release-facing documentation agree. The Python dependency versions and audited Release Please npm graph are unchanged.
This release includes the already merged issue #30 maintenance, compact dashboard/documentation fixes, reviewed dependency updates, and the audited official Release Please CLI integration. Existing provider, ARM64, machine-recovery and platform qualification limits remain unchanged; historical validation records retain their original identity.
Validation: 37 focused preparation/provenance/Markdown tests; full lint, compilation, version, generated, artwork, documentation and publishing checks; exact 2.0.6 wheel/sdist builds and installed-artifact smoke; final archive version/evidence bindings and exclusion of private/installed state. The candidate commit is OpenPGP-signed with the required project key. Independent review's historical-evidence wording finding was corrected before the final archive rebuild.
Published v2.0.6 after exact-main CI, the signed-tag build, and verified publication. All 18 immutable assets were downloaded and checked against GitHub digests; the checksum inventory, required-key signature, exact source/build bindings and reproduced provenance passed verification.
