feat: make backup and recovery confidence visible to users #146

Description

@CruxExperts

Summary

Please provide a guided way to understand whether important data is merely copied, has been checked, or has actually been restored successfully.

Problem or workflow

A successful backup message can give self-hosters and small businesses more confidence than the available evidence supports. People need to know whether they could recover their data and which recovery steps remain unproven.

Affected area

Backup guidance, recovery workflows, and operational status reporting.

Proposed behavior

Build on the existing backup guidance to show the latest backup result, the latest check, and the most recent successful recovery exercise as separate facts. Make outdated evidence, missing checks, and untested recovery steps easy to recognize. Offer guidance for a recovery exercise that protects the original data and provides an understandable result.

This should work alongside the user's chosen backup product. BestBackup is one possible example of a tool that could participate.

For example, a business owner should be able to tell that last night's copy succeeded while recovery has not been demonstrated recently, and understand the next action needed.
