frontend(feat): add honest install proof

Summary

• Adds a homepage install-proof section that shows the CLI stages, reviewable diff, and rendered catalog result before install intent
• Keeps proof honest by explicitly avoiding fake logos, testimonials, customer counts, or borrowed adoption claims
• Updates homepage e2e coverage and visual baselines for the new section

Note

A broad local frontend e2e run hit a Chromium page crash while walking component docs, after which later tests saw connection refused because the dev server died. The focused homepage proof and visual checks pass on a fresh server.
