Preloop comprehensive review: pass, no findings. Reviewed commit: The original strict validator confirmed the exact head, diff, fresh challenge, completion marker and matching full result artifact. Automatic-review triage: the source already regenerates downloads before testing, normalises archive metadata, checks both reproducibility variants, checks source/browse/archive/manifest parity, installs Node 24 in CI, tests actual keyboard focus, and instructs readers to save SHA256SUMS with the ZIP and manifest. Feedback explicitly excludes secrets/private details and identifies GitHub issues as public. Starter ZIPs retain their hidden guidance folders. The standalone exercise licence wording was corrected before this reviewed commit. No blocking finding remains. Validation: final full npm test passed: 99 browser tests, one intentional skip, and 10 Python tests. Licence/source/browse/ZIP parity independently checked. Accepted hero video and motion code unchanged. (Briar helped draft this) |
Readers now have three clear starting points and a small worked exercise they can run locally. The exercise shows a failing zero-limit case, an unsuccessful fix, and the passing change, with the same six tests throughout. It is labelled as an exercise rather than a historical project claim.
The Codex, Cursor and exercise downloads are reproducible, with public file manifests and SHA-256 checksums. Guidance carries a reviewed date while historical articles retain their original dates. The update also repairs starter README formatting and the Leiden citation, qualifies capability evidence, and adds a feedback page with a useful reporting outline.
Validation: final npm test passed (99 browser tests, one intentional skip; 10 Python tests). Archive parity, checksums and the extracted exercise were checked. Independent review found no blocking site issues. The accepted hero video and motion code are unchanged.
