Apps cirrus ex

This adds application tests for cirrus-ex ( see #105 ) . Not all lammps tests have been ported over.
This required changing some of the tests we run on Archer2, so that we test more apps from the module system instead of reframe builds. Some refacting was also needed.

• Tested with reframe version 4.8.2 . Tested on archer2 with

• cp2k does not work on Archer2, due to an issue with the centrally installed module ( see CP2K perfrmance test fails to run on Archer2 #86 ) . This is a pre-exisiting issue.
• cp2k regression tests for cirrus-ex was added, but not Archer2, due to issues with the cp2k module. This is not a test suitable for performance. ( see Add CP2k regression and performance tests #104 )
• openfom was adapted so that it can work with two different versions ( 10 on Archer2 , as per the original test, and 12 on cirrus-ex ). We only compile on A2, as compilation can be tested trough spack on cirrus-ex , so testing compilation in Reframe is superflous.
