This helpdesk is the single entry point for any individual or organisation to start a contribution/collaboration with and ask questions to the European Rare Diseases Research Alliance (ERDERA)'s Data Service Hub (DSH).
To post issues:
- Create an account on GitHub: https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/start-your-journey/creating-an-account-on-github
- Go to the Issues tab https://github.com/ERDERA/Data-Services-Hub-Help-Desk/issues
- Click on the green "New issue" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Provide the information that is requested.
- Click "Create" (at the bottom right).
- You should receive a comment with a link to the DSH service provision form, where you can select the services you are interested in.
We kindly request that you write your issues in English. The answers you provide in the service provision form will be sent to the relevant DSH teams' GitHub. This online ticketing system allows requests from users to be stored and tracked.
