(1) Point to new location of xglc. This change is tied to ESCOMP/CMEPS#637 and ESMCI/cime#4946 (but this PR can be merged before or after those because it's unusual to run X compset tests from a standalone CTSM checkout). (2) Remove references to no-longer-existent mct components

I'm going to approve this PR but I just finished a tag yesterday and I'm hoping to find something else to combine with this change for the next tag. So... give me a few days before I merge and tag this one, if that's ok? |
