🎯 What: Added tests for the DataType.parse_value method in the enapter.http.api.telemetry.data_type module to address a testing gap.
📊 Coverage: Covered all cases of DataType, including FLOAT, INTEGER, STRING, STRING_ARRAY, and BOOLEAN. Checked normal operations, negative values, and error-handling conditions using ValueError. Also verified the empty string logic returning None.
