• Persistent navigation, breadcrumbs and responsive layouts; reference for assembly, schemas, skill roots and qualification; aligned README/USAGE.
• Visual explanation of federation versus portable workspaces and fourteen FAQ answers in four groups. Existing scenario URLs and important anchors are preserved.

Deterministic checks and local browser review do not establish native-host or platform acceptance; seven host-guide smokes and full native qualification remain pending. Physical devices, other browser engines and screen readers were not tested. No product skill/runtime/schema/version/gate changes or expanded support claims. No release, deployment or Clarity work.

Required CI: Verify run 38576347576 passed on the final head. Cursor Bugbot, Security Reviewer and PR Router/Approver were triggered on that same head; their live check results remain authoritative.

Prepared completion

Plan 0080 is moved to plan/done/2026-10-14-pages-onboarding.md with actual PR #28 and verified work HEAD 06be1340805591a52f3b8bb48c263eb581e2371f. Completion takes effect only on checked merge. Broader owning ADRs and INDEX are unchanged because their remaining native qualification is outside this documentation scope.
