Routine repository hygiene makes CI dependencies reproducible and plugin bundles easier to install and assess. All workflow actions use verified full commit pins with release comments; npm CI uses a committed lockfile, and Dependabot covers npm and GitHub Actions. Marketplace compatibility metadata preserves the existing install source; Codex publisher metadata, plugin README, MIT licence and scoped ignore rules preserve the complete skills/templates/workspace tree. Security guidance uses the existing published project contact and states current reporting and support limits.

Synthetic release test tokens retain the mocked authentication and redirect tests. The legacy Docker Codex runner now defaults to workspace-write, with command-path regressions for ephemeral and persistent sessions; the current qualification adapter already uses read-only/workspace-write. Three historical receipts are retained byte-for-byte in an external archive, referenced by exact hashes and immutable pre-removal GitHub blob links. Historical permission settings and qualification limits remain truthful.

Versions remain 0.10.0. These checks do not establish fresh native behavioural qualification, email delivery, an SLA, or host enforcement of ignore rules. No release or publication is performed.
