PHP-Quiz Backend

Context of the project
After the realization of the frontend part, your Tech Lead proposed a solution being that
a Backend developer, this task consists in adding a task which makes it possible to record
the questions and the answers in a database. to finalize the PHP knowledge Test web application.
Requirements:
✔ As a backend developer I can create a database. Insert data in phpMyAdmin GUI.
✔ As a backend developer I can create php classes to retrieve data.
✔ As a backend developer I can create a function to evaluate questions sent by users. (optional)
✔ As a backend developer I can have the history of the tests carried out in the database, the information includes the date and time of each test, the result (Score), the IP address, OS, Browser .... (optional)
