The daily anniversary job can abort before sending anything when one scheduled channel is incomplete, and statistics retention makes old channels appear newly created. Resolve and persist each anniversary from its earliest successfully sent post (or an explicit date), isolate incomplete channels, and run without fetching a Reddit listing.
Deliver an introduction featuring @reddit2telegram followed by @r_channels, a deterministic paginated directory, and direct text birthday notices. Store one frozen delivery plan per channel/year, persist each acknowledged Telegram message ID, and resume unsent parts on later sweeps. A sweep lease prevents overlap; ambiguous/interrupted sends are held for review rather than automatically duplicated. Retain run outcomes independently of the queue cleaner, mark crashed owners interrupted, and expose a read-only report/preview. Propagate supply errors so partial runs are not recorded as successful tasks.
Validation:
Patch release 1.0.8 repairs intended annual announcements. New settings records are additive; no migration or historical announcement replay is required. Explicit dates are optional. The README documents inspection and resolution of ambiguous sends.
